The owners and management of Pine Garden Apartment Homes have offered the community of San Bernardino quality apartment living for almost 40 years. Our mission is to maintain and improve this beautiful property at all times. As a result, we are blessed with wonderful residents, some of whom have been with us since the beginning. Turnover is very low. In fact, Community Service Officer WIlliams from the San Bernardino Police Department, who did our certification for the San Bernardino Crime-Free Program, recently commented: "A testament to how the residents feel about this community is one resident who has lived at the community for 35 years."
Most people in the area have no idea we even exist, given our hidden location. We often hear the same comment from newcomers, "I never knew this was here. It's fabulous."
We have recently completed a total remodel in one of our buildings. And all our units are fitted with low e windows and fiberglass front doors for energy efficiency. We update kitchens, blinds, ceiling fans, etc., upon vacancy, and all our HVAC units have been replaced in recent years, adding to our energy efficiency.
Our grounds are maintained by our full time gardener, Eddie, who is meticulous. This year we have had a bumper crop of peaches and nectarines and we are now waiting for our citrus trees to bear fruit. Many of our residents plant their own gardens outside their doors, while others take long walks around the property enjoying the fruit from our trees on our spacious grounds, the mural that borders one side of the property, or simply each other. Officer WIlliams enthused: "The entire commununity is very well taken care of. The clubhouse is beautiful and immaculate, and the painting of the mountains on the north wall adds to the charming ambiance of the community"
Trilar Management Company oversees the rental aspects of the property and works directly with the owner to continue our mission of providing quality living in San Bernardino.
Our only problem is that we are not easy to find although a flock of wild peacocks managed to do just that and spent several days entertaining us recently!
Take Highland Avenue East of Del Rosa Blvd., turn right at Elmwood, go two blocks to 20th Street, turn left and go to the end of the street. Our office is at the end of the cul-de-sac.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
PS We have a resident and non-resident referral fee program.
